Description of Project: Site and Concrete services at Westover Hills Sub Station at Rodgers Rd. Cleared and grubbed 7 acres of land, raw cut and filled more than 20,000 cubic yards of material and placed over 15,000 square yards of A-1 base. In addition, laid more than 14,000 square yards of asphalt and placed 1,500 linear feet of curb and gutter. Also cut and formed a 2,100 square yard detention pond with 4'x4' culverts and head walls in accordance with TECQ and the city of San Antonio.
