Description of Project: Self performed demolition, erosion control, site work, paving and concrete work for three dormitories at Fort Sam Houston. Demolished 140,000 square feet of asphalt and concrete, excavated over 115,000 cubic yards of dirt, embanked over 140,000 cubic yards, placed 20,000 tons of aggregate base, and paved over 5,000 tons of asphalt.
